Michele graduated from Columbus State Community College first in 1998 with an Associates degree in Sports and Fitness Management and then returned to graduate again in 2001 to recieve her second Associates degree in Massage Therapy.
She is a Licensed Massage Therapist through the Ohio State Medical Board, is a certified neuromuscular therapist and is also a second-level reiki practitioner. She has also been a certified personal trainer through ACE. She knows alot about diet and exercise through her two years of competing in bodybuilding.
Michele has taken specialized courses in Medical Massage, Reflexology, Chair Massage, Russian Massage and Swedish Massage. In 2005 she recieved her certificate of continuing education in deep tissue massage with Timberlake Massage Therapies. She has worked with two chiropractors learning alot about physical therapy and rehabilitation. She is especially good at helping people who have headaches or back pain.
