What do I wear?
Most everyone wears their underwear during the massage. Some people do prefer to wear shorts or nothing at all. Whatever you decide, you will always be covered with sheets.
What types of massage do you do?
I use mainly deep tissue and swedish massage. Deep tissue is a type of massage that gets deep into the fibers to get the knots out. Swedish is more of a relaxation type of massage with alot of kneading movements, like you would knead bread.
I do use other techniques that I have learned over the years. Every massage I give is a little different, depending on what the clients specific needs are.
Do you massage men and women?
Yes. I have figured out that I massage 40% men and 60% women.
Does a massage hurt?
The massage should not hurt. Sometimes you will feel what I call "good" hurt, which is from the tense muscles stopping the blood supply to the muscle. The "good" hurt will feel like relief.
If you ever feel pain or "bad" hurt, you will need to keep open communication and let me know so I can change the pressure or technique.
I'm ticklish, will the massage be torture?
Being ticklish is sometimes a sign of imbalance in the muscle. I can either skip ticklish areas or sometimes working with more pressure in the ticklish area helps.
Would you come to my house for a massage?
I currently do only in office massages.
